Applicable Monitors: ColorEdge Monitors
1. Description
When connecting the ColorEdge CG21 or CG18 (USB Standard Rev.1.1 compliant) with a computer via the USB hub of the CG220, CG210 or CG19 (USB Standard Rev. 2.0 compliant, see the diagram below), the computer may not recognize the monitor. In this state, the computer cannot control the monitor and EIZO ColorNavigator software does not function.
This problem will not occur if the monitor is connected directly to a computer which is USB Rev. 2.0 compliant or USB Standard Rev. 1.1 compliant.
